Dear clients and partners, in compliance with the requirements of the LAW on the adoption of the euro in Republic of Bulgaria, Akort EOOD in its capacity as an insurance intermediary (insurance broker), as of 31.03.2025, indicates both in euros and in levs:
the total amount due from an insured person under an insurance contract concluded during this period, as well as the amount of instalment in the event of a deferred payment of an insurance premium under such a contract;
the debit notes about the amount of instalment due during this period in the event of a deferred payment of an insurance premium under an insurance contract, regardless of the date of its conclusion.
Akort EOOD will adopt amendments to its articles, as well as to its rules, procedures and other internal acts or contracts related to the performance of activities and provision of services, and will bring its internal documents in line with the requirements of the LAW on the adoption of the euro in Republic of Bulgaria within 12 months from the date of adoption of the euro in Republic of Bulgaria.
